If you live in Helsinki and like tattoos, there’s a high chance that you know Tuppu Ritola. You’ve probably even sat on his chair at Viiskulma’s Tatuata for a quick ink. For the last 18 years, Tuppu’s been doing tattoos – and, if you ask him, he’s never gonna stop. He’s also been a long-time friend of ours, and we thought it would be nice if he could lend some of that magic touch of his to our print designs, as well. 

Tuppu’s print designs don’t take themselves too seriously – take the Cycling Cat T-shirt or the Sauna Hooded Sweatshirt, for example. It’s the same ideology that guides his hand as a tattoo artist. Or, as Tuppu himself puts it: “Tattoos shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Otherwise, you risk losing the whole vibe of the tattoo.”
